Body Attack BCAA Capsules: Essential amino acids for athletes
Body Attack BCAA capsules are a dietary supplement that provides the essential amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in an optimum ratio of 2:1:1. These amino acids belong to the group of branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) and are essential for the human body as it cannot produce them itself. They must therefore be taken in through the diet in order to supply the body with the necessary building blocks for protein synthesis.
Who are Body Attack BCAA capsules suitable for?
Athletes and sportspeople: BCAA can be useful as a supplement to a protein-rich diet, especially during intensive training phases and during a diet phase in which the muscles are under heavy strain.
People with a high-protein diet: The quality of the proteins consumed plays an important role. A varied diet with animal and vegetable protein sources ensures the intake of all essential amino acids, including BCAA.
Effect of Body Attack BCAA capsules:
BCAA are known in the literature as important amino acids for athletes, as they are found in high concentrations in muscle tissue and especially in the heart muscle. These amino acids are crucial for muscle building and muscle regeneration.
Additionally contained B vitamins:
Body Attack's BCAA capsules also contain important B vitamins such as pantothenic acid, biotin and vitamin B6. These vitamins are important for normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue during intensive phases of sport.
Recommended intake:
-
Training days: Take 5 capsules daily with plenty of liquid (300 ml), preferably before and after muscle training.
-
Rest days: Take 5 capsules daily with plenty of liquid (300 ml) in the morning after getting up and in the evening before going to bed.
