Triple Whey Complex:
Extreme Whey Deluxe contains DigeZyme® - an innovative combination of different enzymes to support nutrient processing in the body. These enzymes, including amylases, proteases, galactosidases, lipases and cellulases, break down macronutrients (proteins, carbohydrates and fats) into tiny fragments in the digestive tract. This leads to faster nutrient absorption and better digestibility. The splitting of proteins into amino acids promotes an optimal supply of these important muscle building blocks and increases protein synthesis.
Recommended intake:
For beginners: 30 g powder (2 scoops) in 300 ml low-fat milk (1.5%).
For advanced users: 50 g powder (3 heaped scoops) in 250 ml water.
If you are on a low-carb diet, replace the milk with water. On training days, take it about 30 minutes before or after intensive exercise. On non-training days, you can take it in the morning or evening.
