Burgerstein L-Methionine contains 500 mg L-methionine per tablet, an amino acid that acts as a structure-forming element for skin, hair and nails. L-methionine is a sulphur-containing amino acid that the body cannot produce itself and must therefore be taken in through food.

It is recommended to take 1 tablet daily with sufficient liquid.
