Isoclear® is a refreshing clear protein lemonade that tastes like juice or iced tea, depending on the variety, and provides you with high-quality protein simply, quickly and, above all, deliciously. Sugar-free, fat-free and lactose-free.
Recommended intake:
Mix 30 g ISOCLEAR® (measuring spoon inside) with 500 ml cold water in a shaker and leave to rest for 1-2 minutes - for maximum refreshment, it is best to keep it in the freezer. It is recommended to consume up to three portions of 30 g per day, e.g. after getting up, after training or even during training as a protein-rich refreshing drink. We recommend a daily intake of 1.5 g to 2 g protein per kg body weight for optimal muscle building or maintenance.
