Return policy for pwrpro.ch

1. Return period:

Customers may return items within 14 days of receiving the goods

2. Condition of the goods:

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Opened or used products are excluded from the return policy.

3. Exceptions to the right of return:

Personalised items or products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons are excluded from the return policy.

4. Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Return costs:

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a free return label.

6. Return procedure:

• Log in to your customer account at pwrpro.ch .

• Select the order you wish to return.

• Click on “Request a return” and follow the instructions.

• Please pack the items securely and return them to the address provided.
