Code of Conduct of Power Pro Nutrition GmbH and its partner companies

Our commitment to integrity and responsibility
We at Power Pro Nutrition GmbH, together with our subsidiaries and partner companies, are a dynamic, growing organisation that rises to the challenges of a rapidly changing society. We take pride in acting responsibly towards society, our customers, employees and business partners. Our Code of Conduct reflects this commitment by defining the ethical, moral and legal standards that guide our actions. This Code applies to everyone in our Group, regardless of position, and sets standards that we also expect from our business partners.
Respect and human rights
We respect human dignity, observe internationally recognized human rights and labour standards. Inappropriate treatment of employees will not be tolerated. We expect the same standards from our business partners.
Prohibition of child and forced labour
We strictly reject child labour and comply with the statutory age limits for employment. The same applies to any form of forced labour.
Fair remuneration and working hours
We comply with statutory remuneration and working hours regulations to ensure fair working conditions.
Diversity and equality
We value and promote diversity and exclude discrimination of any kind.
Fair competition
We rely on legitimate business practices, fair treatment of partners and respect for the cultural, legal and social conditions in the regions where we operate.
No corruption and bribery
We stand for integrity and transparency and reject any form of corruption and bribery.
Data protection and confidentiality
Protecting confidential information and complying with data protection regulations is important to us.
Product responsibility
We place importance on the quality of our products and services and ensure that these comply with legal and ethical standards.
Expectations of our partners
Our Code of Conduct is not only a commitment to our values, but also defines our expectations of our partners in the supply chain. We select these partners based on whether they are guided by similar ethical standards.
Reports of breaches
Breaches of this Code can be reported confidentially to our Ombudsman’s office. We undertake to follow up every report and to take appropriate measures to clarify and prevent breaches.
