MORE NUTRITION Total Protein is a blend of whey protein (whey) and casein – two protein sources found in milk. The combination ensures a balanced protein intake and is suitable for a high-protein diet in everyday life and sport. The shake dissolves easily, has a pleasantly creamy consistency and is available in various flavours.

Preparation instructions:
Mix 30 g of powder with 300 ml of cold water in a shaker or blender. Depending on your needs, you can consume 1 to 3 servings daily – for example in the morning or after physical activity.

Milk protein 90% (whey protein concentrate, calcium caseinate), instant coffee extract, highly de-oiled cocoa powder, flavouring, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), emulsifier (lecithins (sunflower, soya)), lactase.

Plain:
Milk protein 99.7% (whey protein concentrate, calcium caseinate, emulsifier (lecithins (sunflower, soya))), lactase.

Vanilla ice cream:
Whey protein concentrate (with sunflower lecithin) 58.3%, calcium caseinate 38.9%, flavouring, sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), lactase, colouring (beta-carotene).
