The BCAA capsules contain the three branched-chain amino acids (BCAA) leucine, isoleucine and valine in a ratio of 2:1:1, as well as vitamin B6. BCAAs are proteinogenic amino acids that belong to the essential amino acids and are widely used in sports nutrition.

Recommended intake:
