This baking mix for chocolate-flavoured protein brownie muffins makes preparation a breeze. All you need to do is add water, stir and bake!

Serving suggestion:
Mix 1 portion (50 g = 1 1/2 measuring spoons) with approximately 80 ml of water until smooth. Pour the prepared batter into the muffin tins until they are 3/4 full (1 portion of the baking mix is sufficient for 3 muffin tins). Bake at 170–180°C for about 8–10 minutes, or until a wooden skewer comes out clean. The exact baking time and temperature may vary depending on the type of muffin tins used (paper, silicone, metal) and the characteristics of the oven. After baking, remove the muffins from the oven and leave to cool.

The mixture contains 54% protein blend (consisting of whey protein concentrate, chicken protein powder and whey protein hydrolysate), whole milk powder, flavourings, oat flour, 6% chocolate flakes (consisting of cocoa mass, sweetener maltitol, cocoa butter and emulsifier soya lecithin), sweetener xylitol, 5% low-fat cocoa, thickener xanthan gum, raising agent sodium carbonate, salt, sweeteners steviol glycosides, acesulfame K, sucralose and emulsifier soya lecithin.
