Food supplement containing vitamin D3 and vitamin K2. High-dose combination of 140 µg (5,600 IU) of vitamin D3 and 200 µg of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7) per capsule.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones and normal muscle function. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.
Recommended intake: Take 1 capsule every third day with sufficient liquid, either with or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are taking anticoagulants (blood-thinning medication), consult your doctor before taking vitamin K supplements.
