Oat'n Whey is a product that combines high-quality oats with whey protein and can be consumed as a meal at any time of day to support physical activity. The protein it contains comes exclusively from whey and provides nitrogen and essential amino acids necessary for the growth and maintenance of body tissue. Furthermore, Oat'n Whey contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass and normal bones*.

Whey protein is an excellent protein source as it contains all the necessary amino acids, including the 9 essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesise itself. The biological value of whey protein is high, which means that it can be efficiently absorbed and utilised by the body. In addition, this product contains the amino acid taurine.

Serving suggestion:
To benefit from Oat'n Whey, dissolve 1 serving of Oat'n Whey in 400 ml of water or milk daily. You can take it with a spoon or drink it as a shake at any time of day.
