Sponser® RECOVERY DRINK is a tasty recovery drink that contains both carbohydrates and protein. It consists of short- and long-chain carbohydrates, which help to optimally replenish your glycogen stores after exercise. The protein content comes from whey protein and casein, which supports the recovery of your muscles.

Premium ingredients: This drink contains whey protein isolate, which is produced using cross-flow microfiltration and provides concentrated, natural protein with a BCAA content of 25% (2.9 g BCAA per serving). It is also enriched with the free-form amino acids leucine (1.8 g per serving) and glutamine (1.3 g per serving), as well as vitamins and minerals. Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal muscle function. It contains no artificial sweeteners and is lactose-free as well as gluten-free.

Recommended intake: You should take it within 1 hour before and/or after exercise. The recommended daily dose is 1–2 servings. You can stir 1 sachet (60 g) into 300–500 ml of cold water or prepare it in a shaker.
